Robert Anthony Heath, Sr. is an engaging communicator and leading expert in empowering leadership. His work is centered on helping people find their passion, empowering them to achieve their dreams, and giving them the tools to empower others to do the same.

Robert received his JD, Cum Laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law. He also earned dual BA degrees in Economics and Speech Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds an MA in teaching from Christian Brother's University.

He served for 8 years as an officer in the Marine Corps, receiving the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his leadership as a Commander of one of the largest companies in the Marine Corps.Robert believes that his career, accomplishments, and success in life are proof that no matter who you are, excellence results from the cultivation of certain success habits and everyone has the capacity to develop these habits in themselves and others.

He started his own consulting company, Legacy Leadership Consulting and is partnered with Synergy Innovative Solutions (SIS) where he and Lashea help leaders optimize their teams while thriving through chaos!His most important accomplishment is being a loving husband and father. Robert and his family live in Grand Rapids, MI.
